Responses on every plan

How to read the tagsFeature is something that did not exist before. Improvement is an existing thing made better. Fix is behavior that was wrong and is not any more.

Shipped

Fourteen entries, newest first.

Feature

Notion, with a shared-database picker

Responses can now land as rows in a Notion database. You connect your own Notion account, and the picker lists only the databases you explicitly shared with the connection. Everything else stays invisible to us. Map each question to a property and the row writes itself. Full setup on the Notion integration page.

Connect integrations

Send your form responses to your favorite tools.

Feature

monday.com board items

A submission can now create an item on a monday.com board. Connect your account, choose the board, map answers to columns, and each response arrives as an item your team can assign, move and close. Like every other destination, the monday.com integration is included on the free plan.

Feature

n8n webhooks, with a signed payload

Point Upform at an n8n webhook URL and every response posts to it. No n8n credentials change hands. Upform signs the payload with HMAC-SHA256 and sends the signature in an X-Upform-Signature header, so your workflow can verify a request really came from us. See the n8n integration.

Feature

Google Forms importer

Bring an existing Google Form into Upform in one pass. It is a one-way import, not a sync: nothing flows back to Google afterwards, and the imported form is yours to edit like any other. Questions map onto their closest equivalent among the 21 types. Details on the Google Forms import page.

Feature

Per-question drop-off funnel

Completion rate tells you that people left. The funnel tells you where. Every question now shows how many respondents reached it and how many kept going, with color-coded severity on the steepest falls, alongside views, starts, submissions and the country breakdown in form analytics.

Feature

Contacts directory

Names, emails and company names from submitted answers now roll up into one respondent directory, with a submission count and a last-seen date for each person. It is built entirely from answers people already gave you. Nothing extra is asked of respondents and nothing is bought in from a data broker.

Improvement

CSV export follows your filters

The responses table gained search, a form filter and a date filter, and whatever you narrow it down to is what the CSV export contains. Opening a row slides out a side drawer with every answer, and the drawer is deep-linkable, so you can send a colleague one response.

Feature

Team invites with granular permissions

Pro accounts can invite up to five people by email and choose what each of them is allowed to do. Invitations show as pending, accepted or declined, so you see who actually joined. Permissions live in a separate roles table and are checked on the server, not in the browser. More on team and permissions.

Improvement

Save a theme and reuse it

Set your logo, colors, Google font, corner radius and progress bar style once, then save the lot as a private theme and apply it to the next form in a click. Saved themes stay on your own account. The four presets (light, dark, minimal and bold) are still there as starting points in design and branding.

Feature

Picture choice

A choice question that shows an image grid instead of a list of labels: pick the room, the style, the package, the product. Respondents click an image or use the keyboard exactly as they would on any other choice question. It is one of the 21 question types, and like all of them it costs nothing.

Improvement

Address sub-fields you can switch off

The address question used to be all or nothing. Each sub-field can now be toggled on or off, so a delivery form asks for a full postal address while an event form asks for a city and stops there. Fewer boxes on screen is the cheapest way to reduce abandonment.

Improvement

Country picker on the phone field

The phone number question now opens with a country flag and dial code rather than an empty box. Respondents outside your own country stop guessing at the format, and you stop collecting numbers with the country code quietly missing from the front of them.

Fix

Invisible reCAPTCHA v3 on public submissions

Public form links were open to automated submissions. Every submission from a public link now runs through invisible reCAPTCHA v3: no checkbox, no pictures of traffic lights, nothing for a real respondent to do. It sits alongside row-level security on every table and per-form upload scoping in security and privacy.

Fix

Branded preloader before the first question

Published forms were painting question one before the custom font, logo and background image had finished arriving, so the first thing a respondent saw was a fallback. A branded loading overlay now holds the screen for about a second while those load, and the form fades in already wearing your design.

On the roadmap

Calendly and Excel Online

Both are planned and neither is built, so neither gets a date here. A date we miss is worse than no date at all. When they ship they will get an entry on this page like everything else, and until then the honest answer is that Upform does not connect to them. What does work today is the full integrations list: Sheets, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, monday.com, n8n, custom webhooks, Google Analytics and the Google Forms import.

Frequently asked questions

How often does Upform ship updates?

About once every two weeks. The 14 entries on this page cover March to September 2026, and they are the changes worth telling you about rather than every commit. Smaller fixes ship in between and do not each get an entry.

Do free accounts get new features?

Yes. The free plan includes all 21 question types, conditional logic with 20 operators and every integration, and new work lands there at the same time it lands on Pro. The exceptions are the three things Pro is for: unlimited file storage, removing Upform branding and up to five team members.

When are Calendly and Excel Online coming?

Both are on the roadmap and neither has a date. They are not built, so nothing in the product connects to them today. They will appear on this page the day they ship, tagged the same way as everything else here.

How do I report a bug or ask for a feature?

Email hello@upform.com or use the contact page. There is no public issue tracker, so a short note saying what you expected and what happened instead is the fastest route. The requests several people send tend to be the ones that end up on this page.
