General and support
A question about a question type, a logic rule that is not firing, an integration that stopped syncing, or anything else about your account. Include the form link and we can usually answer on the first reply.
hello@upform.comContact Upform
One address, read by the people who build the product: hello@upform.com. Whether you are stuck on a logic rule, want a Pro account switched on, or are writing about us, it is the same inbox and the same day.
Three routes, one inbox
All three reach the same inbox. The split only exists so the right person opens yours first.

hello@upform.comOnline checkout is not live yet, so Pro accounts are set up by hand. Send one line with the email address on your account and we will switch it on and reply the same day.
Request a Pro accountLogos, screenshots, product facts, a founder quote, or an integration you would like to build with us. Say what you are working on and your deadline, and you will get a straight answer either way.

Our own contact form is a published Upform form, cloned straight from the contact form template and left almost as it comes. Five questions, one screen each, about forty seconds end to end.

What can we help with?
Press a letter. It decides who reads this first.
Before you write
These are the questions that reach us most often. If yours is one of them you will get an answer faster from a page than from us.
Write to hello@upform.com and you will normally hear back the same working day. Upform is a small team and there is no ticket queue in front of us, so the person who answers is the person who can change the product. A message sent over the weekend gets picked up on Monday.
Every table in Upform is protected by row-level security, so a response row is readable only by the account that owns the form, and file uploads are scoped to the form they were submitted to. A form stays private until you publish it, and public submissions pass through invisible reCAPTCHA v3. The full description is on the security page, and the data processing agreement covers the contractual side.
Email hello@upform.com with the link to the form, the browser and device you were using, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot or a short screen recording usually removes an entire round of back-and-forth. Anything that blocks a form already collecting responses goes to the front of the queue.
Yes, and it is the most useful email you can send us. Describe what you are trying to collect and where the current build gets in the way, rather than naming the feature you have in mind, because the problem tells us more than the solution does. Requests we ship are written up on the what's new page, and Pro accounts get early access to features still in progress.
