Integrations
Form integrations that send every response where your team already works
Nine destinations for your responses, all on the free plan. Connect your own Google, Slack or Notion account, pick the exact sheet, channel or database, and every submission dispatches the moment it lands, with no cap on how many responses you collect.

OAuth
You connect your own account
You connect your own account, not ours
Every integration in Upform is per-user OAuth. No shared service account sits in the middle holding one token for everybody.
Connect Google Sheets and you sign in to your own Google account, then grant access to the single spreadsheet you picked. Notion only lists the databases you explicitly shared with the connection. HubSpot writes to the portal you authorized. The connection belongs to you, so the permissions do too: revoke it in the other tool and the dispatch stops on the next submission.
Integrations are not a pricing lever here either. Free is $0 forever and includes every integration on this page, all 21 question types and conditional logic. Pro is $12 a month for unlimited file storage, no Upform branding and up to 5 team members.
Connect integrations
Send your form responses to your favorite tools.
Every destination
Eleven form integrations, shipped and in production
Nine dispatch your responses somewhere. One handles tracking setup. One brings your old forms in.
Google Sheets
Appends each response to a spreadsheet you choose, one row per submission. The sheet becomes a live copy of your response table that anyone can filter or pivot.
Google Sheets integrationSlack
Posts one message per response into the channel you pick. Sales sees the lead before the tab closes, support sees the complaint the minute it is written.
Slack integrationNotion
Creates a database row per response, with your own question-to-property mapping. Only databases you explicitly shared with the connection show up in the picker.
Notion integrationHubSpot
Creates a contact, or updates the existing one when that email is already in your portal. Pairs with a short lead generation form that branches on budget.
HubSpot integrationMailchimp
Subscribes the respondent to the audience you choose, with your tags and double opt-in if you want it. A newsletter question becomes a list member on submit.
Mailchimp integrationKlaviyo
Subscribes each respondent to the Klaviyo list you select. For ecommerce teams running waitlists, back-in-stock signups and post-purchase surveys.
Klaviyo integrationmonday.com
Creates a board item per response, so the request enters your workflow already in the right group. Built for intake queues someone has to work through.
monday.com integrationn8n
Paste the URL from an n8n Webhook node and you are connected. No n8n credentials, no API key. Every call carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature your workflow can verify.
n8n integrationCustom webhooks
POSTs the full response as JSON to any HTTPS endpoint you control, one entry per question with its label, type and answer. The escape hatch for anything not listed here.
Form webhooksGoogle Analytics
Handles tracking setup so your measurement ID is in place on the published form. Upform does not dispatch submission events to it yet, so use a webhook for those today.
Google Analytics setupGoogle Forms import
A one-way import that rebuilds an existing Google Form inside Upform, question by question. It is a migration path, not a destination. Nothing is ever written back.
Import from Google FormsOrder of operations
What dispatches when
Four things happen between the last button press and the answer showing up in your tools, always in this order.
Someone submits
The published form validates the last screen and, on a public link, runs invisible reCAPTCHA v3 before anything is sent.
Upform stores the response first
The answer set is written to your form's response table before a single integration is called. Storage is the source of truth, so a destination going down never costs you data.
Each connected destination is dispatched
Sheets gets a row, Slack gets a message, HubSpot gets a contact, n8n gets a signed request. Destinations run independently, so one slow tool does not hold up the next.
You read it wherever you prefer
It is in your tools and still in Upform: searchable table, deep-linkable drawer, CSV export and the drop-off analytics for that form.
One submission, four destinations
The first line always happens, on a public link or an embedded form alike. The rest depend on what you connected, and each runs on its own.

Two ways to reach anything else
Most tools people ask us about are one webhook away. Both routes are on the free plan, like everything else here.
Custom webhooks
Give Upform an HTTPS endpoint and it POSTs the whole response as JSON on every submit: the form, the submission, the timestamp, and one entry per question. Your own backend, a serverless function, an in-house CRM: if it reads JSON, it reads an Upform response.
Set up a form webhookn8n, with nothing to authorize
Drop a Webhook node into an n8n workflow, copy its URL into Upform, and you are connected. No n8n account to link, no API key to paste, so self-hosted n8n works exactly like cloud. From there the workflow fans out to anything n8n speaks.
Connect n8n to your formsCalendly and Excel Online are planned, not shipped
We only list an integration once it runs in production, which is why those two are named here and not in the grid above. When they ship they get their own page and a line in what's new. If one of them is the reason you are still on another tool, say so on the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Are form integrations included on the free plan?
Yes. Every integration on this page works on the free plan, alongside unlimited forms, unlimited responses and all 21 question types. Pro at $12 a month adds unlimited file storage, removes Upform branding and lets you invite up to 5 team members. There is no automation tier, no task quota and no per-connection charge.
Whose account does Upform connect to?
Yours. Every integration uses per-user OAuth, so you sign in to your own Google, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or monday.com account and grant access to the specific sheet, channel, database, list or board you pick. Upform does not hold a shared service account on your behalf, and revoking access in the other tool stops the dispatch straight away.
What happens to a response if an integration is down?
The response is safe. Upform writes every submission to your form's response table before a single integration is called, so a failed dispatch never costs you the answer. You can reopen the response in the side drawer or export the whole table to CSV at any time.
Does the Google Analytics integration send events?
Not today. Google Analytics is connection only: it covers tracking setup so your measurement ID is in place, but Upform does not dispatch submission events to it. If you need submission events in an analytics or automation tool right now, send them through a custom webhook or n8n instead.
What if the tool I use isn't on this list?
Use a custom webhook or n8n. A webhook posts the full response as JSON to any HTTPS endpoint you control. The n8n integration needs nothing but the webhook URL from an n8n Webhook node, and every call carries an HMAC-SHA256 X-Upform-Signature header so your workflow can verify the request really came from Upform.
