Upform Refund Policy
Upform is a subscription-optional service that offers a free plan with limited access to our tools and services to help you decide the suitability of our services. Our plans offer payment methods that charge you on a recurring basis. When you sign up for a paid plan, you are agreeing to pay and take responsibility for that plan’s payments.
Cancellation policy
Once a user submits a cancellation request, no additional charges will be made. However, no refunds are provided on cancellation. In the interest of fairness to all of our users, no exceptions will be made.
Free 14-day trial
We offer a free account to all of our users, but also offer a 14-day trial of our plan’s features to help you decide whether or not our services are suitable. Your first charge will occur at the end of the 14-day trial after your signup for the trial. If you cancel your account before this first charge, you will not be billed at all, even if you entered your payment information.
Monthly plan billing
Monthly plans offer month-to-month access to our services, with monthly charges being made each renewal date (the same day of the month you charged the first payment). If you cancel before an upcoming renewal, you will not receive a refund on previous payments, but your monthly payments will stop and you will not be charged, but you will lose the paid benefits of our service.
Annual plan billing
Annual plans offer yearly access to our services, with annual charges being made each renewal date (the same day and month you charged the first payment). If you cancel before an upcoming renewal, you will not receive a refund on previous payments, but your yearly payments will stop and you will not be charged, but you will lose the paid benefits of our service.
Failed charges
In the case we failed to bill you, your account will enter the dunning process and you will have 10 days from the failed charge to update your payment method or your account access will be limited. Accounts that have been limited can be reactivated when a new, working payment method is entered.
